Tanganyika has been involved in the Entertainment Industry since age seven as rapper, “Little Roxanne” age seven.
She performed all over the country with her energetic stage presence, rapping, singing and dancing, at the Apollo Theatre, Ralph McDaniels (Video Music Box), Sylvia’s Restaurant, SCLC Leadership Conference and other performances given upon request. Tanganyika also acted in several Movies (HBO Strapped-Directed by Forest Whitaker), Commercials, Sitcoms (Equalizer, Law & Order, etc.) and Off-Broadway Stage Play Amas Theatre-Bobos).
Tanganyika graduated from high school and has been on hiatus from the acting and music industry. In pursuit of her
other dreams, she becomes a Writer/Director for Movies, T.V., Music Video. Being the creative force behind the Off-Broadway, Play “Caught Up”, which toured NYC, Virginia and Maryland as well as having acted in the Off-Broadway Play, “Aliens of Providence Garden”. She segued into the Off - Camera Production world rather quickly. After Producing, Writing and Directing the sitcom “N.Y. Chaos”, and serving as the Creative Instructor of “Movies for Kidz by Kidz”. She went on to gather her degree in the Entertainment industry, (Producing, Editing, Directing) graduating, “The Los Angeles Film School”. There she continued her foray into producing by serving as the Associate Producer of a project for Celebrated Director Phillip Noyce.
Following various productions on Music Videos and Short Films, Tanganyika continued to expand her knowledge and offered her talents as a Scout for Pam’s People Casting in New York, Project Coordinator at the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival, Post Coordinator for the MTV Show “Who’s Got Game”, Assistant Editor for NBC show” The 5th Wheel”, and Editor of a variety of Music Videos.

Tanganyika is the CEO of her marketing company Higher Ground Marketing Concepts and CEO/ Software Engineer of Regal Unicorn Software. Tanganyika has over nine years of experience as a entrepreneur and four plus years as a developer. She is also a Fractional CTO for Start Up Tech companies. Tangy started a career a successful Lead Generation company. Generating leads and building websites for her clients. Eventually she obtained a degree in Software Development, and started programming in languages like Java and C++, developing Mobile Apps, Desktop Apps, Websites building Databases and programming the Nao Robot.
Her history shows, today’s youth, can start developing and working on their dreams even if they are seven years old and older.
